Impressive staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort, including special surprises for our granddaughters that made their day unforgettable. The hotel's location is a dream for exploring charming downtown Franklin.

I stayed in the King Room and it was pretty spacious and super clean. The bathroom was a standout with plenty of room, and I loved that it was dog-friendly since I brought my pup along. The sound isolation was great too. I didn’t hear much noise from neighboring rooms. The decor felt modern yet inviting. Just wish the fridge was a little bigger for my snacks, but overall, comfy vibes!
